Our new Sales Development Representative (SDR) group meets prospective customers at the first step along their sales journey. SDRs are responsible for providing the best first impression possible because they’re likely the first contact a potential customer will have with our company. The SDR team supports our sales organization by:
• Calling leads and scheduling appointments with sales reps
• Vetting leads to find out if our products would help a prospect and his/her organization
• Setting appointments for prospects to speak with a sales rep
• Making cold calls to tradeshow attendees and general interest customers

SDRs are cross trained on all our products so they can assist the entire sales team.
