eSolutions Observing Holiday
In observance of the upcoming holiday, eSolutions will be closed Monday, May 27th, 2019. During the holiday period, our services will be available in the usual capacity, with the following exceptions:
• Eligibility requests will be processed based on payer system availability.
• Access to FISS/DDE will be based on Fiscal Intermediary availability.
• esMD submissions will be processed based on CMS system availability.
No eSolutions automated reports will be generated. Routine reporting will resume the first business day after the holiday.

eSolutions is committed to providing quality software by continuously enhancing our applications with new features and pushing out defect corrections as quickly as possible. We accomplish this through regularly scheduled deployments every three weeks, with minimum impact to our end users.
eSolutions schedules infrastructure maintenance hours twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 9pm-Midnight CST. During this time system functionality may be intermittent or slow, but we make every effort to minimize extended outages during these windows.

CMS Outage - Medicare HETS 270/271 Eligibility System
CMS announces a modification to the previously announced Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility outage for Friday, May 24 - Saturday, May 25, 2019. This outage for data center maintenance has been postponed by one week and will now begin at 8:30 PM ET on Friday, May 31, 2019. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:30 PM ET on Saturday, June 1, 2019.
