eSolutions is committed to providing quality software by continuously enhancing our applications with new features and pushing out defect corrections as quickly as possible.  We accomplish this through regularly scheduled deployments every three weeks, with minimum impact to our end users. 

eSolutions schedules infrastructure maintenance hours twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 9pm-Midnight CST. During this time system functionality may be intermittent or slow, but we make every effort to minimize extended outages during these windows.

CMS Outage - Medicare HETS 270/271 Eligibility System

CMS announces an upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Application maintenance will begin Sunday, April 21, 2019.  The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by Monday, April 22, 2019. This outage is in addition to the previously announced HETS 270/271 R2019Q100 quarterly release installation on Saturday, April 6, 2019

A second outage is scheduled to begin at 8:30 PM ET on Friday, April 27th, 2019 and is set to conclude on Saturday, April 27th, 2019.

You may continue to run EDI request through MVP Live during this time however, transactions will remain in a pending status until CMS has completed the updates and the HETS 270/271 system is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
