Service Status Updates for eSolutions, Inc.

All Systems Operational

Please visit our real-time status page for a view by service.

Upcoming eSolutions and Claim Remedi Maintenance
eSolutions products are delivered as Software as a Service. As such, we regularly push out bug fixes and new features. Whenever possible, we do these within scheduled windows that occur every other Thursday night at 9pm CST. Typically, downtime is kept to a minimum, but connectivity could be intermittent while the changes are pushed out. If we anticipate an extended outage, we will notify customers ahead of time.

eSolutions also tries to minimize production infrastructure changes by scheduling them when possible. These typically occur on the second Saturday of each month, also starting at 9pm. Any extended outages will be communicated.

April Quarterly Updates - Dark Days for Common Working File Hosts

For the upcoming April 2019 Release, the CWF will be observing “dark days” starting Friday, 3/29/2019 through Sunday, 3/31/2019. The dark days are needed to ensure the completion of weekly/monthly/quarterly processing and the installation of the April 2019 Release.

These dark days will limit access to information provided by the IVR system and to our self-service portal, NGSConnex. Providers may experience limited or no access to claims, eligibility, claim overlap, patient status, check inquiry, reopening/redetermination status, offset information and financial claim information.

Upcoming CMS Maintenance

Please contact the Medicare Customer Assistance Help Desk at 1-866-324-7315 if you have any questions regarding CMS maintenance.
