Maintenance Window Change
After the conclusion of the Saturday, October 13th maintenance window, all future maintenance will be completed on the second Friday of the month. The first Friday maintenance window will take place on Friday, November 9th.
Upcoming eSolutions and Claim Remedi Maintenance
eSolutions products are delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS). As such, we regularly push out bug fixes and new features. Whenever possible, we do these within scheduled windows that occur every other Thursday night at 9pm CST. Typically, downtime is kept to a minimum, but connectivity could be intermittent while the changes are pushed out. If we anticipate an extended outage we will notify customers ahead of time.
eSolutions also tries to minimize production infrastructure changes by scheduling them when possible. These typically occur on the second Saturday of each month, also starting at 9pm. Any extended outages will be communicated.
