eSolutions Upcoming Holiday
In observance of the upcoming holiday season, eSolutions will be closed Thursday, November 22, 2018 and Friday, November 23rd, 2018. During the holiday period, our services will be available in the usual capacity, with the following exceptions:
• Eligibility requests will be processed based on payer system availability.
• Access to FISS/DDE will be based on Fiscal Intermediary availability.
• esMD submissions will be processed based on CMS system availability.
No eSolutions automated reports will be generated. Routine reporting will resume the first business day after the holiday.

Upcoming eSolutions and Claim Remedi Maintenance
eSolutions products are delivered as Software as a Service. As such, we regularly push out bug fixes and new features. Whenever possible, we do these within scheduled windows that occur every other Thursday night at 9pm CST. Typically, downtime is kept to a minimum, but connectivity could be intermittent while the changes are pushed out. If we anticipate an extended outage, we will notify customers ahead of time.
eSolutions also tries to minimize production infrastructure changes by scheduling them when possible. These typically occur on the second Saturday of each month, also starting at 9pm. Any extended outages will be communicated.
